The final masterpiece of Vikram Gokhale is all set to be released for the audience. The teaser for the film ‘Bewaras’ was recently released. Seeing Vikram Gokhale in this teaser has brought tears to the eyes of his fans.
The teaser for the final film of the late Vikram Gokhale—a legendary actor of Marathi theatre and the Marathi-Hindi film industries—was recently unveiled to the public. The film is titled ‘Bewaras – Satya Eka Valnavarcha’ (Bewaras – The Truth at a Turning Point), and its story appears to be deeply heart-touching. A glimpse of the film’s stellar star cast can be seen in the teaser. The movie is scheduled to release worldwide on June 25.
In this film, Vikram Gokhale portrays the role of Abaji, a principled man who runs an orphanage. The story of ‘Bewaras’ revolves around the legal and courtroom struggle of a physically challenged orphan boy. The plot also touches upon various social realities. The teaser showcases a glimpse of Vikram Gokhale’s poignant and emotional acting. Thanks to its touching storyline and excellent ensemble cast, the teaser has inspired confidence that the audience is in for a treat of powerful performances. The story is penned by Vijay Rane, while the direction is handled by Vijay Rane and Riya Kumar. Nitin Vichare serves as the creative director, with Shirish Latkar managing the screenplay and dialogue writing. The lyrics and music direction are by Vivek Apte, while the title song is written by Riya Kumar with music by Biplab Datta.
The veteran actor-director Vikram Gokhale, who left an indelible mark with his acting prowess across theatre, films, and television series, passed away in November 2022. He breathed his last at the age of 77. He represented the fourth generation of the Gokhale family’s acting tradition, successfully carrying forward the acting legacy of veteran actor Chandrakant Gokhale.
