Nowadays when you find too many women oriented movies coming in B Town, similar trend too has been appearing in the M Town as well. Such movies are now getting loads of attention of the Marathi audience the most. The upcoming Marathi movie of Shivaji Lotan Patil called Halal has already been applauded at a number of film festivals including the Aurangabad International Festival wherein it managed to get a decent applauds for the film.
Also, the film was shortlisted for the Sanskruti Kaladarpan Film festival and appeared to be among the one in the shortlisted among the 11 different films for the last round. The film is directed by National Award Winning movie director called Shivaji L Patil, while the movie deals with the subject of love, trust and institution of marriage that seems to be pious by society. The film has Chinmay Mandlekar, Pritam Kagne, Priyadarshan Jadhav, Chhaya Kadam, Vimal Mhatre and Vijay Chavan in the lead and supporting roles for the film.
The film Halal is based on the story of human emotions, which showcases the ups and downs of a women in Indian society. The film is produced by the duo producers including Amol Kagne and Laxman Kagne, while the script is written by Nishant Dhapse, while the photography is carried out by Ramani Ranjandas and the editing is carried out by Nilesh Gavand whereas the music is carried out by Vijay Gatlewar.
