Siddhartha Jadhav is an actor from India who is more active in Marathi cinema than Bollywood. He was born on 23rd October 1981 in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. He did his schooling from Ratnagiri and completed his graduation from Ruparel College. He wanted to be a police officer but as time passed, he was inclined towards acting. He started working Marathi plays in his college life that made him relocate to Mumbai to pursue his dreams of entering into the world of acting. He started his career from TV and bagged the first role in the TV show called Ek Shunya Baburao aired at DD Sahyadri. He then got a couple of TV shows, which include Hasa Chatak Fu (Zee Marathi), Ghadlay Bighadlay (Zee Marathi), Apan Yanna Hasalat Ka? (ETV Marathi).
Since then it was no looking back for the actor and he got a number of TV shows both for Marathi and Hindi serials. These include Johny Aala Re, Baa Bahoo Aur Baby, Comedy Circus Ka Naya Daur, Kahani Comedy Circus Ki, Sarabhai vs Sarabhai, Comedy Circus Ke Ajoobe, Mad In India, and comedy Nights Bachao to name a few. He then participated in a reality show called Nach Baliye 8 with his wife. Currently, he is seen as a judge in a TV reality show called Dance Maharashtra Dance aired at Zee Yuva. He also did theatres and some of his plays include Mi Sharukh Manjarsumbhekar (Marathi), Lochya Zaala Re (Marathi), Jaago Mohan Pyaare (Marathi), and Gela Udat (Marathi).
His career in films started with the M Town film called Aga Bai Arrecha! in 2004. The same year he got another movie called Jatra. In 2006, he got his first Bollywood movie known as Golmaal:Fun Unlimited, and then he got Golmaal Returns, City of God, and his upcoming B Town film is Simmba. Some of his Marathi movies include Bakula Namdeo Ghotale, Jabardast, Saade Maade Teen, De Dhakka, Uladhaal, Saline Kela Ghotala, Saline Kela Ghotala, Saline Kela Ghotala, Shikshanachya Aaicha Gho, Kshanbhar Vishranti, Fakt Ladh Mhana, Kutumb, Kho-Kho, Time Please, Priyatama, Razakar, Duniya Geli Tel Lavat, Duniya Geli Tel Lavat, Ye Re Ye Re Paisa , and the recently released Mauli. He also did an English movie Outsourced.
