Actor Gashmeer Mahajani is stepping behind the camera for his directorial debut, the upcoming Marathi feature Rakhandaar, scheduled for release in 2027. The project’s official announcement and teaser poster have generated significant interest online, revealing an intense narrative aesthetic centered on mystery and action.
Along with Mahajani, the film stars Sai Tamhankar and veteran actor Makarand Anaspure in principal roles. While specific character details for Tamhankar remain under wraps, the initial promo material points to a high-stakes, character-driven story.
