Koi… Mil Gaya Fame Actor Rajat Bedi Enters Marathi Cinema as Presenter for Bandhu

Actor Rajat Bedi, who has built a diverse career across Hindi and South Indian cinema, is making his debut in the Marathi film industry. Bedi joins the upcoming Marathi feature film Bandhu as its presenter. The movie brings a heartwarming story centered on the unbreakable bond between two brothers and the emotional trials that test their relationship.
Bandhu marks a major cinematic milestone, featuring National Award winner Upendra Limaye and IFFI Award winner Jitendra Joshi together on screen for the first time in Indian cinema. Known for their realistic, grounded, and impactful performances, the acclaimed actors will portray a complex, deeply emotional narrative exploring brotherhood on the big screen.
Presented by Rajat Bedi in association with JSD Studios and Triflix Entertainment, Bandhu is scheduled to hit theaters nationwide on November 20. The project is produced by Pranav Desai, Juhi Desai, and Kuldeep Sunil Ojha. Director Nitin Sindhuvijay Supekar has handled the writing, dialogues, and direction for the film. Meanwhile, the music and background score, which are already gaining popularity among audiences, have been composed by Vijay Narayan Gawande.

Rajat Bedi originally gained widespread recognition for his role as the antagonist in Hrithik Roshan’s blockbuster sci-fi hit Koi… Mil Gaya. Over the years, he has appeared in several popular Bollywood action and comedy films, including Jodi No. 1, The Hero: Love Story of a Spy, Rakht, Aksar, and Partner. Beyond Hindi cinema, Bedi has also worked across Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Punjabi language films.
Recently, the veteran actor made a major comeback to mainstream acting in Aryan Khan’s acclaimed directorial debut web series, The Bads of Bollywood, which streamed on Netflix. With Bandhu, Bedi expands his creative ventures into regional cinema, supporting a narrative driven by strong emotional performances and high-caliber storytelling.
