Farheen Farookh is an actress who is active in the South Indian film industry. She hails from Mumbai where she was born and brought up at. She is more known as Bindiya in the South Indian film industry and even works in Bollywood. She was born on 16th August 1973 in Chennai and was raised at this place. She did her schooling and college from Mumbai and soon after completing her graduation, she headed to the film industry to become an actress.
With regular auditions and much of her efforts, she managed to get shows in the small screen industry called Hourglass and Online Ishq. However, she did not get much recognition with the same but was lucky to be offered a South Indian film. Her first Bollywood film was Jaan Tere Naam in 2012 and then her Kannada movie Halli Meshtru was released. She then got a Telugu film called Kalaignan. She then got a few Bollywood films including Aag Ka Toofan, Meri Aan, Dil Ki Baazi Sainik, and Fauj to name a few.
Her other films include Tahqiqaat, Nazar Ke Samne, Amaanat, Saajan Ka Ghar, Agni Prem, and King Solomon. Talking about her personal life, she got married to former Indian cricketer Manoj Prabhakar and is based in Delhi right now. She has two kids. She is the second wife of the former cricketer.
