A Talent Pool of Marathi Artists in a Multi-Starrer Film; Famous Pune Influencer Also to Appear
The Marathi film industry is gearing up to present several new movies to audiences. Amidst this, a fresh announcement has created quite a buzz. This new movie is expected to compete with Hindi multi-starrer films in terms of scale and appeal. The film’s title itself is intriguing.
Promising a big budget, a compelling storyline, and a strong ensemble cast, the movie is already stirring excitement. Alongside well-known Marathi actors, a famous Pune-based influencer will also feature in the film. Recently, the first glimpse of the cast in the movie has been revealed.Titled ‘Thappa’, the film’s plot details remain under wraps.
Whether it revolves around friendship, a love story, or explores themes of betrayal, revenge, or something else entirely is yet to be disclosed. This secrecy has only increased audience curiosity, leaving everyone eager to find out what the film will offer.
Director Sid Vinchurkar shared his thoughts: “We have many projects in the pipeline right now, and with such a strong star cast, I am confident this film will leave a lasting impression on the audience. Shooting will begin soon, and the entire team is thrilled. We aim to bring something fresh and impactful to viewers.”Thappa will showcase some of the most talented Marathi actors of the current generation.
The confirmed cast includes popular names like Vaidehi Parasurami, Rinku Rajguru, Siddharth Bodke, Gaurav More, Sakhi Gokhale, and Sainikt Kamat. This will be the first time all these actors share the screen together. Adding to the excitement, Pune’s well-known influencer Danny Pandit will also appear in this Marathi multi-starrer. Danny was spotted in the recently released photos alongside the cast.
