Starting from the lowest steps and taking them one at a time has done the trick for actor Santosh Juvekar who has carved a niche for himself in the Marathi film industry. He got his first break in acting when he acted in the much acclaimed Marathi play , Aani Makarand Rajadhyaksha. This was in the year 2004 since when he has been active in Marathi regional film, working in various projects. He has acted in various television serials on channels including Saam TV and played impactful roles. In 2006, he received his major break when he was offered the film Blind Game. This was followed by a couple of more Marathi films. This paved the way for his Hindi break in the year 2008, Mumbai meri jaan. Since then he has been a part of many Marathi films including various genres. In 2011 he was a part of the film Fakta Ladh Mhana that is produced by Mahesh Manjrekar.

In 2014 , he played a major role n the film Campus Katta that starred Santosh Juvekar, Namrata Gaikwad, Sheetal Dabholkar, Vikram Gokhale . He played the role of a students leader Raja Shinde who is a vigorous and courageous leader and fights corruption in colleges. The film received favorable responses from audience and is increasing its viewership through word of mouth publicity. Namarata Gaikawad is cast opposite him in the film. The film was released during the Lok Sabha elections and had an apt subject to deal with. It dealt with the issue of monopolizing of the educational institution and denying fair and equal opportunities to students from distinct backgrounds.
