The original Zimma released in 2021, followed by Zimma 2 in 2023, both of which were well-received hits at the box office.Over the past few years, Marathi filmmaker Hemant Dhome has delivered several acclaimed films, with the Zimma series standing out for its heartfelt portrayal of women’s lives.
The story centers on seven women from diverse backgrounds who embark on a journey together, encountering emotional, intriguing, and transformative experiences along the way. This unique narrative struck a chord with audiences worldwide.
The franchise has built a loyal fan base eagerly awaiting the next chapter. At a recent event celebrating the success of Krantijyoti Vidyalaya – Marathi Medium, Hemant Dhome shared the exciting news of two upcoming films: Krantijyoti Vidyalaya 2 and Zimma 3.
Now, talking about the starcast of the film The Zimma films, it feature a stellar cast including Siddharth Chandekar, Sayali Sanjeev, Kshiti Jog, Sonali Kulkarni, Hemant Dhome himself, Anant Jog, Suchitra Bandekar, Suhas Joshi, Mrunmayee Godbole, and Nirmiti Sawant.
