The box office momentum for Dhurandhar 2 (also known as Dhurandhar: The Revenge) is officially unstoppable. In just six days, the spy action thriller starring Ranveer Singh and directed by Aditya Dhar has shattered records to become the 5th highest-grossing Bollywood film in Indian history.
A Historic First Tuesday
Defying the typical weekday slump, the film earned a massive 60 crore net on its first Tuesday across all five languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada). This performance has set a new benchmark, surpassing Gadar 2 (55.40 crore) to claim the title of the highest first Tuesday collection in Bollywood history.
Rapid Profitability and “Super-Hit” Status
Produced on a reported budget of 225 crore, the film has already reached a cumulative domestic total of 592.10 crore. With a Return on Investment (ROI) of 163.15%, it has officially earned the “Super-Hit” tag and stands as the most profitable Bollywood release of 2026 so far.

By crossing the 592 crore mark in less than a week, Dhurandhar 2 has already overtaken the lifetime domestic collections of blockbusters like Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal (554 crore) and Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan (543.22 crore). It now trails only behind the original Dhurandhar, Jawan, Stree 2, and Chhaava on the all-time list.
