A Tale of Ambition, Secrets, and Betrayal
The story centers on two prolific writers whose partnership is so popular that they are dubbed the ‘Salim-Javed’ of Marathi entertainment. However, hidden secrets and financial troubles begin to tear their bond apart.
Speaking about his central role, Shashank Ketkar shared:
“When you say play, there is a different energy in the artist’s body. It is always a privilege for me to work under a legendary director like Vijay Kenkre sir. I love playing characters that unravel suspense, murder mysteries, and grey shades of human nature… This play will show what can happen when secrets hidden in the shadow of art and success are finally revealed.”
Aniket Vishwasrao, who portrays the complex character of Amit Yadav, highlighted the thriller’s intense narrative layers:
“I have never played a character like Amit Yadav on stage… On the outside, he looks successful and intelligent, but he has a chaotic personal life, a mountain of debt, and a deep sense of insecurity. How he deals with these situations will keep the audience glued to their seats until the very end.”
With its blend of white-collar humor, psychological tension, and unexpected plot twists, 23rd Floor promises an edge-of-the-seat theatrical experience for suspense fans.
